German mountaineering magazine Bergsteiger has been around for 85 years. B612 redesigned it to address a younger target group.
 
The remit was to make the layout slightly younger and come up with a clearer visual structure. The fundamental components such as the typography, print space and categorisation were redefined. The newly developed typography structure and hierarchy make it easier for readers to find their way about. Distinct differences in the way the text and pictures are distributed make the magazine more entertaining.
