Brand development

Unique and immediately recognisable corporate design is vital for Wörwag, a family-run company with a global market presence. The corporate style guide is rooted in the corporate values and specifies mandatory design standards for the way the company presents itself.

Brand style is the expression of the company’s values in a condensed form. The values spawn specific design principles and style elements which again give the company and the brand a form. This concerns both the products, external communications formats and the internal communications and architecture of the company.

Design principles and style elements are documented and fleshed out in a style guide. This is based on a modular design concept where individual components (elements, forms, illustrations, materials, colours etc.) are defined across all media.

Specifications for graphical style elements or architectural components guarantee standardised implementation of the brand values. They also allow freedom to adapt them to the particular task at hand.

The style guide includes brand styles, measures and specifications. A diverse range of strategic or executive levels in the company are addressed and supplied with the information required.
