B612 develops the annual brand-specific colour and material specifications for Hanwag’s mountain boot range.
 
In devising the colours and materials, aesthetic criteria – such as the possibility of combinations – and brand specifics were compared with functional and technical requirements. This concerns soiling when items are worn, reproducibility and logistics in the production process. B612’s remit comprises the design, the production of colour samples in leather and overseeing development and production at Hanwag.
