In 2009 we put a smile on our customers’ faces with a customised selection of teas that we hoped would be relaxing and invigorating.
On a not always voluntary basis, some standard but also extremely exotic types of tea were allocated to the staff of 14 as their favourite tea. Some 4,900 tea bags had new labels stapled to them by hand and were then packaged. Despite the fact that consumption of tea had dropped, a strangely aromatic scent wafted from our office for weeks afterwards.
